Cancellation & Refund Policy

Retreats

Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 60 days before the retreat start date, you will receive a credit toward a future retreat. Cancellations within 60 days of the retreat are non-refundable.

The Soulful Life reserves the right to cancel or postpone a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or credit.

Events

Event tickets are generally non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please contact us at least 24 hours before the event.

Private sessions

Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a private session. Late cancellations may be charged in full.
